: : : : I would like to hear from others with Addison's disease. What symptoms do you still suffer from even though you are being treated?

: : Hi...I have only been recently diagonosed with Addisons....3 weeks ago. I am currently taking florinef and cortef. I feel marvelous except for the tired in the early evening and not being able to sleep too well at night. I am interested in hearing from others with addisons.

Hello! I was diagnosed about five years ago.I take .5 dexamethasone.I feel dizzy sometimes, a little queasy, but I find drinking lots of water helpful. Also I want anyone with addisons to check out healinglight.com.It is a great message board!
There are so many posting there and alot of good advice.

: Hopefully, as your body gets accustomed to the medication, you will sleep much better at night. Maybe you will need a different dose than what you are currently using. The only time I have a problem sleeping is when I must double my dose when I am ill.
