The body is genetically programmed to degenerate over time and presently there is no way stop the process. There have been recent advances in the understanding of the mechanisms of aging and you may want to do an internet search on "Telomere, Telomerase, Werners Syndrome." Curing aging won't be as simple as taking vitamins and thinking positively. The technology though is slowly being developed and genetic treatment may only be a decade or two away. So hold on tight, live healthily,and if you have the opportunity, get involved in the promotion of a cure.
