We were told he has cerebral amyloid angiopathy which is a protein buildup in the wall of the blood vessels to the brain. This causes the blood vessels to crack and blood to leak out and damage the brain. There is no known treatment or cure. They are not actually even sure what actually causes this. It would be real supportive to myself and family if anyone else has had to deal with this. . . and other information. Thank you.
