Taken Daily: 1,000 MG Vitamin C, 800IU Vitamin E, 15mg Zinc, 225 Magnesium, 5mg Vitamin B, N-Acetylcysteine 200 Mg, 5-8 glasses of water per day(a must with this kind of vitamin intake), 20-30 minutes of cardio before breakfast, 15 SPF sunscrean, 6-12 hours of sleep per night, Most importantly remove stress from your life meditate or pray 20 minutes per day, If you smoke quit smoking now. its important to give your body time to utalize what your giving it(4 weeks).
