My father was diagnosed with this four years ago. He has had many episodes of vision loss, total confusion etc. Seems a bit better the next day. However, it has brought on loss of memory and vision. He suffered his worst stroke this week. He is still in ICU. They may move him to rehab early next week. In the last several years he has had several bouts of what appeared to be food poisoning....as I read about this disease, I am wondering if this was yet another symptom. HAs anyone else seen this? Thanks and my thoughts are with all of you who are living with this!
