Yes, all in the same kid. I have a 2 yr old girl who has lactose intolerace (diagnosed) and preservative "hypersensitivity" ie hotdogs are the specific trigger I found.

I now have traced the missing item to be red dye #40...the one in every food, including vanilla icecream.

I am looking for resources to determine ingredients in foods (red dye isn't always listed out). Any other resources parents/allergy sufferers have found to help cope with problems concerning dyes would be helpful too.

If you have a child who has outgrown this type of an allergy I would LOVE to hear from you!!!!
