Let me explain what a sun allergy can be like. When I go outside I can only stay out for about 30 min. to an hour with sun screen and the sun light feels like it's burning a hole into my skin. I can't drive a car without tinted windows. I can hardly open my eyes when I'm outside, it's like my eyes just won't open because the light is too bright. I too sneeze in the sun. I also get a rash from head to toe even if I try to tan in the tanning bed I still get a rash the itches for days. People have told me to try to start out tanning just a few minutes a day but it doesn't work either and life is getting hard to live on Benadryl. Does anyone have some good advise for me.
