I'm wondering if anyone can tell me anything about specific symptoms of nut allergies. I have suffered intermittent bouts of heart palpitations which a cardiac workup can find no cause for. I finally noticed that whenever I ate peanut butter, I got heart flutters! Then I noticed that I had them after eating Chinese food ( first thought of msg, but I eat that in other things with no symptoms; chinese food is cooked in peanut oil!). Are these symptoms typical with nut allergy or should I keep searching? Thank you.
