I took Zirtec last year for my hayfever , I had`nt taken anything for it since Piriton as a child.Anyway for the hayfever it worked on 95% of my symptom`s,however recently my best friend got a cat , she`s a lovely soppy little thing , lovely natured,but for the first time I have found I am allergic to cat`s, this has never happened before , I used to have a cat of my own so I know it`s a new reaction.Sadly my friend and I are arguing over this as she say`s it`s not her cat it must be something else but I know it`s not.Could taking the Zirtec last summer have upset my natural resistance to other potential allergen`s,help please !
