could be an alergic reaction. i can't wear anything but gold. When i wear silver rings i get a rash, but it seems to be different depending on what part of my is exposed, if i wear a silver necklace i get a rash but not as bad as the one i get on my finger, and if i wear silver earings i get an infection.
Tell her to try putting clear nail polish on the part of the frames that touch her face...of course being very careful around the lenses. if that keeps the rash away then it's the glasses
