becky - this is wild -for the last couple of nights i have been waking up with my feet (both of them) so itchy i can't stand it! have put lotion on them and then i've taken a couple of benadryl. don't know if that really helped cause the benadryl puts me to sleep. but i have no idea what causes this - did you ever find out what it was? and how to cure? please write back. they don't bother me during the day - only in the middle of the night! i thought i was going crazy! g
