: I can't stop itching. Its not funny anymore. I itch from head to toe, I've not changed any washing products and can't think what it could be? I don't see my doctor being very helpful.
: Does anyone have any ideas?
There are a few things for you to consider. Are you an allergic person, especially to foods? Product contents are changing all the time. I have a wheat and gluten allergy and have recently found out that cosmetics as well as moisturizers are hiding those words with GREENS or POTASSIUM LAUROYL AMINO ACID on their labels.
The second thing to think of is whether or not your showers are too hot draining your skin of it's natural oils.
Change your bed sheets and clothes often. We shed mites, once in the skin they do cause itching.
If your problem persists past the cold weather, check it out with an allergist, and be tested.
