well, i don't know if there's much she can do about the alergy other than to avoid the metals that cause them. Since it's not a sever alergy i say she should just continue to sit on a towel or something at school so she's not in contact with the metal. I'm alergic to all metals except gold, with the exception of the earing they peirce your ears with. Mine isn't as bad as your daughters seems to be though. i'm pretty sure it is nickle that causes the reaction. i remember asking someone in a jewlery store once and she said it was the nickle that usually causes the reaction.
