In Reply to: allergy to product used in decaffeinated coffee? posted by Susan on March 30, 2000 at 00:07:30:

Dear Susan, maybe this will help, I am allergic to caffein, in coffee, tea, chocolate, etc. I get very angry. For me sometimes it is the combination of things that are not compatable with my system. You might try each decaffeinted coffee and eliminate the offending one! Just an idea that works for me! Good luck! Reply if you choose to! Erin//
: I've noticed my nose becoming stuffy after I have coffee...specifically decaffeinated coffee. I think that a product used in the process to remove the caffeine may be the culprit, but not all decafs have this effect on me. Has anyone noticed or heard of something similar?
