Pat,
I am in the same boat. I was diagnosed with food and environmental allergies 14 years ago. After seeing two different doctors over the past six months who were happy to write a tablet full of prescriptions, I've reached the end of my rope. I am making it my mission to heal myself of this problem. I'm doing research on-line and am going to find a doctor that will incorporate alternative therapies. I can't imaging just taking 5 medications a day and thinking nothing of it!
If you'd like to email me, I'd be happy to share what I have found, such as some herbs and recommended vitamin regimine. I'd also like to hear what you have found in your experience with allergies.
