Charlotte,
I have the same symptoms! It is terrible. I have a high-stress position with a technology company, and these symptoms do not help! I have food and environmental allergies. I do not take any medications for them and am looking for alternative treatments. Vitamin C helps a great deal, as it is a natural decongestant. I am doing some research to find alternative treatments that work for me. You might want to do the same. My doctor just wants to give me medications, which only make me more spacey. Good luck.

: I have noticed in the last few years that when my allergy symptoms are worst, I also have problems with memory, directions, and visual focusing--I think of it as "foggy brain." I have not seen these symptoms discussed very often in allergy materials, although I have seen them mentioned in a book or two. These symptoms can be very scary, and I was wondering if anyone else had experienced similar symptoms related to allergies. I would be happy to hear from others with any information on this topic. Thanks.
