Yes, much improvement with HEPA/ionizer. We have one in office and one in our bedroom that is on 24/7 and the dust that collects in the filter is shocking. We have hardly anything in the room due to doctors orders. Even took up carpet and no curtains, just blinds. I even take a small one with us when we travel. Stuffy and smokey rooms in hotels - its worth packing it.
