I do recommend getting the shots. I took the shots when I was younger and stopped them when I had no insurance and thought I didn't need them anymore. Against my allergists suggestion not to stop. Well after I stopped the shots I had an allergy attack so bad it sent me to the hospital and I nearly didn't make it. The shots do help.

Thanks Vicki for the info. When he said shots for four years I almost died, but I guess anything is better than these allergy attacks I have been having for 20 years.
