: I am treated a a military facilty where they seem to disregard my allergy. What should I look for and
: what should I demand from my providers???
one you need to know if you just have latex or if you are mbt and colophony allergic so demad to be tested dermatoligist will do this test. some latex free items and still mbt and colophony residue.
second look up alert and they have a complete list almost complete of things for the hospitals. call the head of the hospital and the hospital boadrd and find out if they are planing on carring the alternatives and educating the staff on this allergy and ask for a reply in writing.
you have to be well informed because i have not found a hospital that is total informed if they have the equipment most employees do not know about latex and pray to god you are awake to tell them. alwys carry a list from the alert this is sponsored by a hospital and will be accepted go luck . need to cha e-mail me
