Susan;Allergy injections do work. I had to endure the testing and weekly shots for 10 years when younger. I decided at age eighteen I had had enough so I quit. I was fine (so I thought) for about twelve years. I started having trouble and ended up back at my allergist' office. I now have allergies and asthma, (from the allergies). Testing and two years now of medicine and injections (maintenance now) but I can see a big improvement. I find it an inconvenience, very costly and limits me to what I can do at times, but I feel better after the injections.
