: It sounds like a condition called non-allergic rhinitis. This can be quite difficult to treat. Have you had a CT scan of your sinuses looking for evidence of chronic sinusitis. Perhaps you have nasal polyps. Both of these conditions may be helped by an ENT surgeon. Sometimes using twice the amount of the steroid nasal spray and a decongestant can be helpful.
