I am very allergic to grasses and have had shots and taken allergy meds in the past. The only thing that has gotten rid of my runny nose, itchy eyes and overall icky feelings from grasses has been accupunture. I have to go once a month during the grass season, and only a few times per year after that. It has made all the difference in the world. I strongly recommend it!

: I have had a horrible time with allergies this year so I went to an allergist. After thorough testing we found that I am allergic to all types of grass, athlete's feet, cock roaches and a few others. I have started allergy shots on a weekly basis and would like to know if there is anyone else going thorough the same or has been through the same. Mainly the grass allergy. ( I don't have roaches, but I did work in grocery retail for a few years ).Any response would be greatly appreciated.
