I am not an expert, but I do think that lots of people are allergic to those things, and not all of them end up getting asthma. I think it would depend on a lot of things. I do think that it is good that you know what you're allergic to, so you can try to avoid it, and/or stay medicated. My impression is that, the more you are exposed to the things you are allergic to, the stronger your symptoms can get. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong about that!
