Yes stress can induce an attack, but for me it jsut makes really hard for me to breath ..
adn also I'm allergice to every thing you pointed out below. i just take azmacort ones a day
it seems to help a little but seeing that
your asthma is caused by allergies
pervent the allergies with claritine which will then prevent the asthma attakes.. it helps me out

: I have allergy induced asthma which started up last year. I am 27 years old. I am allergic to cats, dust, and molds. There are other things that I am not allergic to but have asthma attacks and they are tobacco smoke and household and industrial cleaners. I was wondering if there are other people who are going through the same thing as me. I was wondering if stress can trigger an asthma attack?
