: For the last year i have suffered from constant burning sensations in my chest, upper back and face. I also have constant very bad nasal congestion; burning irritation around my eyes, nose and lips; constant dry mouth and regular bleeding from gums.
: I don`t know if this is an allergy problem or some kind of auto-immune problem. Sorry it is such a long list! But I really would be very grateful for any advice and views on how to get this assessed. Thanks

Could be fumes from something. Make a list of all brand new things that have been added to your home area, workplace, ect. Then take a big sniff of one periodically and note how you feel. Try "Nasal Irrigation" (Flooding your sinuses with warm saline solution) followed by splashing cold water on your face for the burning and congestion. Consciously breath in through your nose to filter the air before it hits your lungs. Good Luck!
