Could be fumes from something. Make a list of all brand new things that have been added to your home area, workplace, ect. Then take a big sniff of one periodically and note how you feel. Try "Nasal Irrigation" (Flooding your sinuses with warm saline solution) followed by splashing cold water on your face for the burning and congestion. Consciously breath in through your nose to filter the air before it hits your lungs. Good Luck!
