I discovered my dairy allergy about two years ago. I had suffered with symptoms for about 8 years before we finally figured it out on our own (no doctors). My reaction usually includes: Sever sinus pressure, fatigue, swollen glands, headache, muscle ache, and often a sinus infection. This is an adolescent onset allergy which is apparently rare. I react to ANY and ALL parts of milk. Does anyone react like this? I could use some more information.
