Hi, I think I may be allergic to milk on a very mild basis. My symptoms are mainly that I get mild abdominal cramping afterwards and have several very loose bowel movements that are different from my usual bowel movements when I don't consume dairy products - even ice cream does this to me. Also gives me excess intestinal gas. When I go without milk and other dairy products (including cheese), I'm better. Some fruits do this to me also.
