: Hi,

: I just finished an Allergen-free diet. This means I ate very little of anything. No processed foods etc. No bread, dairy. Lots of white fish, rice. a few fruits and vegetables. Ny symptoms did not change at all. My allergist has now ruled out a food allergy.

: I believe it is a common substance that I am breathing, because my symptoms do not change at all from day to day. They are very constant. Thanks for your comments.

Hmmm you just reminded me of something. Recently we re-caulked the tub in our master bathroom. When I got into bed to go to sleep I immediately began to feel lightheaded and woozy, and my stomach began churning. I laid there for a few minutes and the feelings got worse... then I sat up in bed and the dizziness subsided a bit. I laid back down and it all came back. I got up and went to sleep in the extra bedroom... and felt absolutely fine. I believe that as I was inhaling the fumes from the caulking substance in my bed, it was causing me to feel that way... especially since when I went into the other bedroom where I wasn't close to the fumes, I felt fine. There definitely can be a substance that's continually present around you that is making you feel this way. Best wishes to you in finding out what's bothering you.
