Single elimination or mulitple elimination diet and does he do the provocation/neutralazation method of testing/treating? I'm not sure I understand this process completely, have hear insurance doesn't cover it and that it is highly controversial. I have read the book and feel that it was a good resource though a bit drastic at times. I would think that some of the controversy would be gone after 10 years!
Is there immunotherapy available for food allergies, or just enviromental?
