Hello everyone.
Although my allergies really aren't all that bad most of the year, I suffer from a chronically stuffy nose. I can rarely breath out of my nose at all and can't seem to get any relief. I have tried many different things with little/no results. Sudafed REALLY helps, but I would have to take one every day and some of the side effects are less pleasurable (considerable constipation for me when I take them daily). I also do not want to take corticosteroids or have sinus surgery (I should say 'I will not').
Any suggestions/comments/advice/etc is welcome and always appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
