After being in the same room with people who were wearing different cologns/perfumes for an evening, the next morning I woke up with a sore throat that lasted for about 3 hours. Another time we painted our bathroom and that night when I went to bed I began to immediately feel nauseous and a churning feeling in my stomach that got worse and worse by the second. I got up from bed and went to the spare bedroom to sleep (far from that newly painted bathroom)... no more weird nauseous feelings and I went right to sleep. These are just two of my experiences that were definitely reactions to things. Examine your environment and try eliminating any irritants - such as don't wear strong scented products, are there any scented candles or those kinds of products in your home. You kind of have to become your own detective, but with careful examination, you may be able to figure out what's bothering you. Best wishes.
