Last year at the age of 44, I was diagnosed (after allergy testing) with a severe mold allergy, and non-allergic rhinitis. I was told by 2 doctors that allergies affect people in different ways. Besides my strange symptoms from last year including a feeling of congestion in the back of my head, this summer I have developed a reddish, thin line around my upper lip that is very sensitive (doesn't itch). Can allergies affect your mouth, as well as your noise, eyes, etc.? I had oral surgery on a front upper tooth about 6 months ago, and the tissues in my mouth have never felt the same since! Help, please!
