: My 16 year old, athletic son has no spit! His chin hits his chest as he trys to gather together enough saliva to swallow. He has a history of reactive hypoglycemia, and 4 years ago had a similar episode previous to changing his diet. He had mono several years ago, but tested negative for diabetes. His blood allergy test showed nothing that would cause this. His eyes are NOT dry, and his mouth does NOT burn. Just no spit. He is taking no meds, is in excellent mental health, and is most definitly not a drug user. This condition doesn't seem right. It's been 4 weeks of this. Anybody have any ideas? Do we have to biopsy his salivary gland? Yuck!
: Thanks,
: Chris
