Joe, I know exactly how you feel. In fact, I am up at 5:30 A.M. with a doozy of a sinus headache. Here is what I do to get relief. As soon as you feel the sinus pressure building, take two over the counter decongestants. (I buy the cheap generic stuff, cuz I use a lot of them! Many chain drug stores offer their own brand of Sudafed knock offs. They work fine, because they have exactly the same active ingredients in the same dose). Right after you take the decongestants, take an Excederin Migraine tablet. In about twenty minutes your headache will be gone. The only problem is, you will be "wired" for a few hours because of the caffeine and decongestants; however, I would rather be wired then in sinus hell. Hope this gives you some relief.
