I know exactly how you feel. I have had four surgeries on my right sinus and dryness has been a problem for me too. I truly believe that the dryness is the cause of the terrible pain I get. I have found that avoiding ALL sinus medications has been helpful since many of them contribute to the dryness. I have found that taking three Excedrin Migraine tablets at the onset of pain really helps a lot.
