Yes! I experienced swollen, painful lymph nodes for three years while I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Sometimes only you feel the pain, and they feel swollen to you, but doctors can't feel any swelling upon examination. I was treated by Dr. Goldstein in Orange, CA, and am now in remission from CFS. I do however, still suffer allergies. To clear up my final lingering symptoms of CFS, I stopped consuming all milk products (a known allergy/intolerance of mine). I'm not sure whether allergy plays a role in CFS or not, but I do know that while I was sick, I acquired many new allergies that have not gone away. Your lymph node problem may or may not be allergy related, but, its sounds worth checking out Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Be careful which doctors you see about it, though. Many of them do not believe CFS even exists and can be very rude to you. When I see doctors now, I never tell them my CFS history even though it may be relevant because it will prejudice them against even wanting to treat me.
