: Hi there - Over the last 5 years, I've had trouble with my sinuses, but was basically told to "live with it" and "get used to it". Over the past 6 months or so, during certain times, I get very dizzy and lightheaded quite frequently. My eyes are itchy often too. The worst is getting out of bed. I feel very tired and my equilibrium seems off. I've just dealt with it, as I went to the doctor and he gave me flonase, but did not tests. It helped a little, but it still is disruptive to me. I feel like I'm catching colds quite often, but they never fully develop. I get stuffed head, sneezing and a sore throat. I'm pretty healthy & take lots of vitamins. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments. Thank you.

hey laurie...i've been struggling with allergies and sinusitis ever since i moved out to the west georgia area....(about 3 years now); actually mine are so bad i'm considering transferring colleges. Your message caught my attention because i've noticed lately my allergies have been a lot worse & i've been extremely tired; its very hard to get out of bed. Chlortrimeton has worked good for me in the past; maybe you should try that...its over the counter. What is it that you feel like you may be allergic to? I haven't been tested but i'm pretty sure im allergic to dust and pine pollen. Also, the dizziness is very normal when associated with allergies and sinus; i was on antivert for controlled the dizziness but it made me extremely tired. Feel free to email me...i hope your symptoms will improve; good luck.
