Hi, I had severe allergies/asthma as a youngster which pretty much subsided at puberty. Now at 34 I seem to be recreating my childhood symptoms, as I recall anyway. Is Fall a terrible time for allergies? I have continual, it seems, post nasal drip making nights very eventful!!! A lot of coughing and sniffling etc... I have been doing salt therapy and the off and on decongestant, drixoral. My daughter is on singulair and zyrtec which have worked wonders for her. I want to try and avoid medicines since I was continuously on antibiotics and the sort as a child. Does anyone have any natural remedies? My symptoms always end up going to my chest which results in an extremely tiring cough plus the drixoral wipes me out completely. Thanks in advance.
