I'm not sure exactly what I have but, its only on my chin right now and it's like tiny little zits that do not come to a head and have lots of reddness around them- what is it-it's really dry and itchy - and I'm about to go to a Dermatologist soon because it's driving me CRAZY-please HELP!!!!
