I need help with a problem I am having. I went running yesterday after work. It was cool outside. WhenI got back home, I noticed that my lungs and my nose felt very dry. Next thing I know, I'm sneezing constantly (I mean three or more times every five minutes.) I can't stop. I have a constant feeling I'm going to sneeze and lots of clear mucus running from my nose. I've had this feeling through the whole night and all of today.

Has anyone had this problem? I've took Clariten, but it didn't help at all. I took Tylenol Sinus Nitetime last night and it knocked me out, but I would wake up to a very itchy, runny nose and the feeling I was going to sneeze. Then, because the Tylenol made me so drowsy, I would fall right back asleep until it happened again.

I'm asking my doctor for a prescription for Flonase. But before I spend the $50.00+ on it, I would like to know if this has ever happened to anyone else and what you did to stop the sneezing and the itchy, runny nose.
