Hey, I have to share this with you guys. I have always had seasonal allergies. First I took antihistamines, then I found myself on Claritin last year. Well, it made me feel funny in the head and I didn't like that. I was also breast feeding and didn't want the chance of side effects to the baby, so I quit taking it. For the past 7 months I decided to take Grape seed extract (make sure it contains at least 90% polyphenols)for it's free radical destroying properties and found myself waltzing through this past spring and fall completely sneeze free. I did a little more research into grape seed and found out that it is known for relieving allergies. Has anyone else tried grape seed extract for allergies?
