: DURING HOT OR HUMID WEATHER I EXPERIENCE REDNESS, SWELLING, STIFFNESS AND PAIN IN MY ARMS,LEGS, HANDS, FEET, TOES, ETC. ALCOHOL (ONE OR TWO DRINKS) BRINGS IT ON ALSO. MOSTLY IN THE SUMMER MONTHS, BUT IT ALSO OCCURS IN THE WINTER MONTHS ON OCCASION. I HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR EVERYTHING.., LYME,THYROID,ETC.
: THE PAIN CAN BE VERY INTENSE.

I hate to tell you this, I cannot even go in the sun without exhaustion, muscle pains, etc and heat is also very bad, including aches, itching, various pains in all joints. I can say, there is a disease called "lupus" that is autoimmune and also multiple sclerosis. I know that "chronic fatigue" and "trigger points" are the thing of the day but frankly...make sure you aren't having another problem.

You might try a teaching hospital and visit a rheumatologist.
