Celiac disease is a dangerous disease if left untreated. It is incurable but can be controlled with a gluten free diet. Most celiacs are allergic to wheat. rye, barley and oats. Rice and corn and beans can be used to make bread and as cereal.
There is a blood test for diagnosing this condition. There are also many good Internet sources for information. Put the words Celiac disease in and it will give you a lot of good information.
I have just found out that I have it and am making new recipes nad finding old ones. Many health food stores carry products that can be used for celiac disease.
