If I have a couple glasses of wine during an evening or any other kind of alchohol, I wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding and I can't sleep. Does this happen to anyone else and if it does do you know why? Also if I have a little more than that I have horrible pains in my forearms the next morning. Anyone know about that?
