This is weird. My Mom (60's) got a bumpy, itchy rash in the cracks of her elbows. It itched so badly that she hardly slept, I took her to the doctor, etc, (dermatitis) he gave her liquid Benadyl and cortisone, made her fall asleep but didn't help the rash. The next night I had the same rash! 4 weeks later she still has it - it isnt spreading but wont go away. Mine still itches and now my daughter (4 years old) has it. It is on our left arms. What is it?
