I don't know tha answer but I too have multiple antibiotic allergies. I am allergic to penicillin, eyrthromcin (sp?) and sulfa antibiotics. I take the tetracycline family only when I really really need an antibiotic and I worry what will be left for me to take if I develope a reaction to this family but my doc assures me that there are many many other, more expensive, families of antibiotics left but I have never heard of any. I am interested in that test they due in the hospital, I am going to ask my doctor about it. Good Luck to you:)
