Help! Every time I go for a run, I get terribly itchy! I have tried to ignore it and keep going, but it is a painful itch that can only be calmed with cool water or ice. It's killing me becaue it seems I can't even walk outside with my dog fro more than fifteen minutes before the itch starts up. Am I weird or does anyone else know what I am talking about? Thanks!
