: : Does anybody have any sensible information about controlling this condition using diet? I've read so much about what not to eat and drink. But what, if anything, has been proved to counter a flare-up?

: : Thanks

: Hi Graham,
I have found that eating cherries helps Gout flare-ups.It doesn't seem to make any difference if they are fresh ,canned ,frozen or bottled. It takes only eight a day.
: I have also used a homeopathic remedy to cure not only myself but 4 friends. The remedy is Belladonna. The lower potencies(less than 30X) don't seem to hold for more than 2 to 4 weeks.
: A higher potency 200X only takes one or possibly two doses . Both methods work, I just used the cherries before I discovered Homeopathy.
: God Bless---Harry
