: Please do not take this lightly..This same thing happens to me from Thimerisol a perservative found in Contact Lense solution..I was having this reaction every time I cleaned my contacts then they gave me a Tetnus shot sfter a wreck that was perserved with thimersol and the reaction became much worse..

quit eating the foods that do this to you! you have food allergies! those foods are poison to your system it can kill you!
