In the last couple of months I have been waking up to my feet itching like I do when I have had hives. The more I scratch the worse it gets and lasts about 45 minutes or so. No skin rash or swelling just itching. Does anyone have a problem with this and if so what could be the cause? I have noticed it after taking a hot shower and my feet were cold before hand but it does not last like this.
Any help would be great!
